Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

International standard delivery typically takes 10–25 business days depending on the destination country, carrier speed, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for all such charges.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal by the recipient, we will refund the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
